ABOUT US
Harris Land Management - HLM - is a Land Promotion and Development company owned and
managed by two property development professionals from a Northamptonshire
farming family.​
Tom Harris trained as a Chartered Surveyor with Savills before working for a National Housebuilder in and around London.
Andrew Harris initially trained as a Chartered Accountant before moving into property development covering both the residential and commercial sectors.

With 3,500 + residential units and 2m sq ft + of commercial floor space under promotion, we are privately funded and looking to grow out portfolio with new opportunities.

GRANGE FARM, LEICESTERSHIRE
HLM successfully promoted a c. 6 acre site in Leicestershire through the Blaby Distrcit Local Plan.

Planning permission was approved for 54 units and sold via competitive tender to a local house builder.
